What we collect

What you type into our forms (business, contact details, domain, license, services, logo) and, if you buy, the payment details Stripe collects on its own pages — we never see your card number. Our sites use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.

Why

To build your preview or your website, to bill the plan you chose, and to send you the emails about that work. We don't sell or rent your information and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Prospecting emails

If Web Flip emailed you a concept preview unprompted, that was a one-off business proposal using publicly listed business contact details. Every such email carries our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe; opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify) and on our own systems; payments are processed by Stripe. Client sites are hosted on Netlify.
