Plain-English terms for the Web Flip website service. Last updated 2026-10-02.

What you're buying

A one-time setup fee ($499) for the design and build of a single-page (expandable) business website based on your concept preview, plus a monthly plan ($99/mo) covering hosting, SSL, form delivery and small content edits.

Term and cancellation

Month to month · cancel anytime · you always keep your domain. Cancel any time by emailing trent@web-flip.com; service and billing stop at the end of the current billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable once the build has started. If a preview or build is cancelled before we begin, the setup fee is refunded in full.

Your domain, your content

You own your domain name, business content, photos and reviews. On cancellation we provide a complete copy of your site files within 14 days and keep the site online for 14 days so you can move it. Domains we register on your behalf are registered in your name.

What "small edits" means

Content changes we can make in under 30 minutes — hours, services, prices, photos, promotions, contact details, a new review. New pages, redesigns or custom features are quoted separately before any work starts.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the details you give us (license number, insurance, years in business, reviews) are accurate; we publish what you provide. You're responsible for the accuracy of your own claims and for honoring any promotion (e.g. a referral program) you ask us to display.

Availability and liability

We aim for the site to be available at all times but can't guarantee uninterrupted service from our hosting or domain providers. Our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
