Web Flip drafts a new website for a local business from the facts the business already has in public, then finishes it with the details the owner supplies and confirms. An engine built for local businesses reads the owner's current homepage and Google listing (phone, hours, services and prices, licenses, photos, reviews), sorts the business into one of eight families, and drafts the homepage in that family's structure. A plumber gets the phone and a price board; a pizzeria gets the menu board and tonight's hours; a tax office gets the rate card.

Who runs Web Flip?

Web Flip is run by Trent in El Dorado Hills, California. Trent is the founder and the builder: the person who reviews each draft, writes the final copy, does the launch and answers the email. No bot talks to your customers, and no bot replies to your messages.

Trent also runs LayeredIT, an AI-native IT company. AI work beyond the website is scoped and quoted separately by LayeredIT.

Is the preview really free?

Yes. The free preview is a working concept of your homepage on an unlisted link, built from your public facts and the details you send, so you can judge the direction before deciding. Trent reviews the fit first and sends the preview if the project is a match. No card is required and there is no obligation.

How long does it take?

The engine's first draft takes minutes, because software does the reading. Trent confirms timing before sending you the preview link, then reviews the draft with you, adds what the engine could not read, and launches on your domain in 5 business days. Your current site stays in place until the replacement is approved and ready to launch.

Is a Web Flip site made by AI?

AI-assisted, human-finished. Software and AI tools do the reading, sorting and first draft, which is why the preview is free. Trent makes the judgment calls, writes the final copy and does the launch.

Who owns the domain and the hosting?

You do. Your domain and your hosting stay in accounts you own and control, and those providers bill your card directly, separate from the Web Flip fee. Web Flip sets the site up there with you and connects your domain only after you approve the launch. If you cancel, the site stays where it is, in your hosting account.

Are the examples real clients?

No. The eight examples are fictional businesses, one for each kind of local business, rendered by the same engine that drafts your preview. They are there so you can judge the structure for your kind of business before sending anything. They are not client work and claim no results.

Does Web Flip guarantee leads, rankings or AI citations?

No. No honest web designer can guarantee a number of leads, a ranking or an AI citation. Web Flip can make the site faster, clearer, easier to use and easier to contact you through, then measure what happens.
